Job Description

  • Acquisition of employment-based immigrant visa.
  • Experience and knowledge of sourcing employment opportunities for Blue Collar and white collared workers.
  • Procuring jobs for foreign worker’s .
  • Possessing a good clientele and Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
  • A successful track record, complete with references, in high volume blue collar recruitment.
  • Using sales, business development, marketing techniques to attract business from client companies
  • Liaising and coordinating recruitment requirement’s alongside overseas recruitment partners.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish and nurture long lasting relationships
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to and meet deadlines.
  • Assesses potential, researches, analyzes and reports industry trends and data that impact business’ volume. Assesses Vazir Group’s strengths and weaknesses relative to the market needs to determine business opportunities for growth in current fields and expansion into new markets;
  • Develops and assesses business opportunity. Evaluates business against market opportunities/challenges;
  • Develops volume and revenue forecasts, sales plans strategies for achieving desired results;
  • Drive overall portfolio profitability and focus on where Vazir Group can differentiate itself at the interface with the client;
  • Supports commercial negotiations with new and existing clients.

Job Requirements

  • Traveling is an integral part of the job requirement and the Candidate is required to travel within Canada for business opportunities and growth in current fields /expansion into new markets.
  • Candidates need to have their own vehicle.
  • Strong knowledge of regional / global upstream drilling & completion markets and key people. Knowledgeable of the markets and applications in which our products add value, and able to effectively capture the value.
  • Knowledgeable about Vazir Group's technical capabilities, the applications in which they perform and how they complement performance in the customers’ applications. Ability to visualize and follow through on ideas and concepts. Displays entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to explore new ideas;
  • Takes ownership and responsibility for achieving the desired result. Planning, organizing, prioritizing and monitoring to ensure the attainment of business objectives. Follow through; project management and execution skills. Ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and a friendly demeanor
  • Experience with lead generation and prospect management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Excellent analytical and time-management skills
  • Demonstrated and proven sales results
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team

Skills and Qualifications

  • Must be fluent in English and have good communication skills.
  • Should be flexible and have a pleasing personality.
  • Should be confident and willing to take initiative.
  • Graduate / Diploma with minimum 3 years of experience in the same field.
