We are looking for an experienced IT Recruitment Manager to join VG and Partner’s Inc. and hold a critical role scaling our team. The role of the IT Recruitment Manager is to source employment opportunities for high caliber candidates that meet the requirements of the business.

    Job Description

    The desired candidate must have demonstrated experience in building a strong client conveyor from scratch and closing top talent. In addition, candidates should have experience in a fast-paced environment balancing a multitude of hiring of foreign workers.

    Job Requirements

    • Experience and knowledge of sourcing employment opportunities for IT Professionals.
    • Procuring jobs for foreign worker’s .
    • Possessing a good clientele and Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
    • A successful track record, complete with references, in high volume blue collar recruitment.
    • Using sales, business development, marketing techniques to attract business from client companies
    • Liaising and coordinating recruitment requirement’s alongside overseas recruitment partners.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish and nurture long lasting relationships
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to and meet deadlines.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Proven experience as a recruiter or similar position
    • Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques
    • Sales/Customer service skills
    • Outstanding communication ability
    • Confident and pleasant personality
    • Ability to work with targets
