Job Requirements

Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Ensure food service and quality control, maintain records of stock, sales, and wastage, Prepare and submit reports, must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres, Supervise and check assembly of trays, Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, Establish work schedules.

  • Education Details Senior secondary (10+2) certificate or diploma in hospitality is preferred
  • Experience- minimum 3 years
  • English requirement - Good Communication skills
  • Visa(Work Permit/PR) Work Permit
  • Age 20 and above
  • Accommodation- will be provided by the employer
  • Food Allowances -  will be provided by the employer

Job Conditions

Pleases customers by providing a pleasant dining experience.
Serves meals by reviewing recipes; assembling, combining, and cooking ingredients, and maintaining a sanitary kitchen.

  • Executes cold food production in accordance with standards of plating guide specifications.
  • Attends to the detail and presentation of each order.
  • Places and expedites orders.
  • Prepares ingredients by following recipes; slicing, cutting, chopping, mincing, stirring, whipping, and mixing ingredients; adding seasonings; verifying taste, and plating meals.
