  • The term “Payment after Visa” is to be considered equivalent to “Passport Request Letter”
  • Offer Valid Till:15th May 2023
  • The company reserves the unrestricted right to accept or reject any application in whole or in part.
  • Except as specifically provided to the contrary in the agreement between the client and the the company, the client agrees to borne all embassy/Canada Government Fees including application and biometrics fees. The client agrees to pay the legal charges of the lawyer to the company as agreed upon above on the condition of getting a positive decision on his application.
  • In the event that the client at any point desires to withdraw from the case, the company shall be entitled to fees from the client as set forth in the agreement.
  • The client undertakes to provide all valid documentation related to his application and full authentic case history in regards to his application. We accept no liability or responsibility to any person as a consequence of any incorrect, fallacious or imprecise information provided by the client in regards to his application relevant to the services.
  • The company Notwithstanding the foregoing , the amount of the Contingent Fee is not subject to renegotiation throughout the term of the Agreement . Any changes to the amount of Contingent Fee agreed upon in this Agreement may only be modified by a written agreement signed by both Parties.
