At first, the candidate is linked to the settlement service provider chosen by the employer. This service provider will offer a settlement plan that must be followed by the candidate (and its family).
Once that is done the same plan is sent to both parties ( employer and candidate).
As soon as the employer receives the settlement plan from the service provider, he/she must complete the endorsement application and them finds a program that perfectly matches the work experience that the employee/candidate has. The job offer and settlement plan is submitted to the province.
From the candidate’s side he/she must submit a permanent residency application, the required documents and the endorsement letter to the IRCC.
Once the application is approved the candidate can move to Atlantic Canada with his/her family.
