If the candidate notifies the IELTS test centers five weeks before the test date regarding any cancellation, the candidate will receive a full refund (excluding the administration charges). If the candidate cancels within the five weeks of the test date, he/she will be charged the full fees. If the candidate provides an authentic medical reason + a medical certificate for canceling of postponing the test, he/she will receive a refund (excluding the local administration charges).
