Thank you for purchasing services from The Vazir Group.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any services that you purchased with Us.

  1. Interpretation and Definitions
    The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural. Any capitalised terms not referred to herein below shall have the meanings given to them in our Privacy Policy https://www.vazirgroup.com/legal-documents/privacy-policy/ and Online Terms https://www.vazirgroup.com/legal-documents/online-terms-and-conditions/
    In the event of a conflict of any terms of (i) negotiated agreement with you, (ii) our Online Terms; (iii) our product pages; and (iv) this Refund Policy, the terms shall prevail in the order set out in this sentence.
    For the purposes of this Refund Policy:
    1. Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to Vazir Immigration Services DMCC, trading as The Vazir Group a registered address at 3O-01-BA283, Jewellery & Gemplex 3, Plot No: DMCC-PH2-J&GPlexS, Jewellery & Gemplex, Dubai, UA and a business address at Office #2701-2702, Oberoi Business Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.
    2. Services” refers to the items offered for sale on the Site.
    3. Orders” means a request by You to purchase Services from Us.
    4. Site” refers to The Vazir Group website and portal, available at: https://vazirgroup.com/.  
    5. You” means the individual accessing or using the Site or our Serv ices, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
  2. Your Order Cancellation Rights – only applicable if you are usually resident in the United Kingdom or in a Member State of the European Union
    Where United Kingdom or European Union consumer laws apply to you, You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so unless the provision of Services commenced during this timeframe or the provision of such Services was completed during this timeframe.
    The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Confirmation Email or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
    In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by

      We will reimburse You no later than 30 days from the day on which We receive your notice of a valid right of cancellation (where applicable). We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
  3. Conditions for Refunds
    Your refund rights are product specific.  Please see our product pages for more information to find out the refund policy applicable to the service that you purchased.
    The refund terms set out in this policy (including as set out below) are without prejudice to any separate refund process or terms agreed in a separate contract between you and The Vazir Group.
    Unless otherwise stated on your specific product page or in any separate, signed agreement you have with us, the refunds are as follows:
    1. You are not entitled to a refund, under any circumstances, for the following services:
      1. FWP Express Entry
      2. Study Visa
      3. BC PNP GP (Stage 2 and 3)
      4. Point Booster Program (Stage 2)
      5. PIP Support (Stage 2 and 3)
      6. SUV Entrepreneur Program (Stage 1,2 and 3).
    2. You are entitled to a refund if no job offer letter is received within 120 working days for the following services:
      1. FWP Work permit (Stage 1)
      2. BC PNP GP (Stage 1).
        All refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the due date.
    3. If you have not received an acceptance letter within 120 working days, you will be entitled to a refund for PIP Support (Stage 1).  All refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the due date.
    4. You are entitled to a refund for a FWP Work permit (Stage 2) if Vazir fails to obtain LMIA. However, you are not entitled to a refund if you change your mind and are not willing to apply for the program.  All refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the due date.
    5. You will be entitled to a refund of 85% of the total fees and applicable taxes by reason of any fact or circumstances relating to services provided or wrongful act of Vazir for FWP Work Permit (Stage 3) services only.  All refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the due date.
    6. If points are not boosted within four (4) months, you will be entitled to a refund for the Point Booster Program (Stage 1) services only.
    7. You will/will not be entitled to a refund for the following services:
      1. Inter Company Transfer (ICT)
      2. Golden Visa Citizenship.
        In all cases, and subject to any statutory rights you may have, we reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet the above conditions in our sole discretion.
